Requirements
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Current licensure, certification or registration by a nationally recognized agency as a health professions practitioner based on a program requiring at least two years of formal education
- Approval by the teacher preparation program of two years of wage earning experience utilizing the licensure requirement.
