Welcome to . This alternative certification program is the first private
program approved by the State Board for Educator Certification that is based on distance learning. The concept
was developed by individuals associated with teacher preparation for several years at a state university who
heard not only the concerns of area school districts as they prepare to meet the challenges of the No Child
Left Behind Act, but also the laments of undergraduate and graduate students of the demands and confines of
traditional educator preparation programs.

Probationary certificates available in all EC - 4, 4 - 8, 6 - 12, 8 - 12 and EC - 12 content areas
